National Walk/Bike to School Day is observed annually on the first Wednesday in October. This is a day to get out and get some exercise while enjoying the weather.

The goal of this day is to raise awareness and support for the health, community and environmental benefits of regularly walking or biking to school.

Special Spirit Day, Wednesday September 27th

Many Willow families have lived through the unfortunate experience of pediatric cancer. This month is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, so we’re supporting our friends who have battled/are battling childhood cancer.

This Wednesday, Willow students can wear yellow/gold (if you don’t have yellow, you can wear Willow red.)

We will also be collecting donations in support of “Unravel.” This nonprofit organization raises awareness and helps in the fight against pediatric cancer. We would love for each Willow student to be able to donate $1 to this cause. All monies raised for Unravel will go directly to the fight against pediatric cancer.

Please bring any donations to your teacher on Sept. 27thThank you for your support!
